Tony was appointed to the NYPD in January of 1983 and promoted to Sergeant in February of 1991. He retired as the Commanding Officer of Patrol Borough Brooklyn South Operations. Tony joined the SBA as the Health & Welfare Fund Manager in April of 2003. He is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), has a Group Benefits Associate Designation (GBA), and holds a Certificate of Achievement in Health and Welfare Plans. Tony is also certified as a SQL Server Business Intelligence Professional, as well as a SQL Server DBA Professional. Tony has always made himself available to the RSA sharing his knowledge and experience for the betterment of the RSA membership. In 2018, Tony officially joined the RSA Board as Director of Operations. He moved up to 2nd Vice President and now serves as the Vice President.
