Dear Fellow Retired Sergeant,
It is with sincere regret to announce that Patsy Noto has retired from the position of President of the Retired Sergeants Association effective June 1, 2021.
After 23 years, including the last 19 in the role of President, Patsy along with the SBA, is credited with many contributions that has led to the betterment of all retired sergeants.
Patsy stated that he feels he has given his all to assist the members and it is the right time to step down. With the training and knowledge Patsy has bestowed upon us, myself and the board feel confident to move this organization forward to benefit the current membership and upcoming generations of retired sergeants.
We thank Patsy for all his hard work and dedication to the RSA and wish him a happy and healthy future.
